Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Roses & Ribbons want you to be happy with all the goods you purchase online from us. However, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. You will receive a refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable state to the following address:

The customer has a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and any goods returned to Roses & Ribbons will be at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Goods
In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged, or defective, you must advise us within 72 hours of receipt of the order. You can do this in writing via email to:

Unless the goods are damaged we are unable to provide a refund or exchange on: Perishable and other items that deteriorate rapidly such as flowers and food, personalised gifts, or some items of jewellery (such as earrings) due to hygiene reasons.

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit we will require the goods to be returned to us. We may, in certain circumstances, accept photographic evidence as proof of the damages. We reserve the right to ask for the goods to be returned even if photo evidence is submitted.

We will refund the cost of return postage in the case of damaged or defective items. You must provide proof of receipt for delivery charges, otherwise you will be responsible for the cost the delivery of returned goods.
