Shipping & Delivery

At Roses & Ribbons we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please note however, that any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Roses & Ribbons makes every effort to dispatch goods on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated times.

Roses & Ribbons offer 4 delivery options to suit your individual needs:

Option 1: Greeting Cards Delivery. Standard Delivery at a flat rate of £0.95 to any address located in the UK. Normally delivered within 5 – 7 working days.

Option 2: Standard Delivery at a flat rate of £2.95 to any address located in the UK. Normally delivered within 5 – 7 working days.

Option 3: Next Day / Express Delivery at a flat rate of £4.95 anywhere in the UK.

Please Note:
1. Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next working day.
2. Please note this service may take 2 working days for certain UK addresses.
3. Saturday orders must be placed before 10am for Monday delivery.

Option 4: FREE Click and Collect / Pick up Instore – Goods can be ordered and paid for online and collected at our shop in Lesmahagow at no additional cost.

Please Note when you spend over £50 in one transaction we provide FREE Standard Delivery to any address located in the UK. Normally delivered within 5 – 7 working days.

Please note online flower deliveries are only available within a 6 mile radius of our shop in Lesmahagow and incur a standard delivery charge of £3. For deliveries within Lesmahagow, or further afield, please call us on 01555 896 118

Please Note:
Shipping costs indicated above are for all UK deliveries. Shipping times may vary depending on shipping destination. If the goods purchased are not able to be dispatched within the timescale indicated then we will notify you. Delivery times quoted are estimates based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.

As some of our products are custom made to your requirements please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We will notify you by Email or telephone of expected delivery times.

If Roses & Ribbons is unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of the date of order, the customer will be entitled to cancel the order and require any monies paid to Roses & Ribbons in respect of that order to be refunded. In order to cancel, the customer must send written notice of cancellation to Roses & Ribbons after the above date, but before delivery of the goods or notification from Roses & Ribbons that the goods are ready for delivery. Roses & Ribbons does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless the customer notifies Maia of the shortage or damage in writing within 7 days of receipt of the delivery.

The customer has to accept the goods when they are ready for delivery.

Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the customer’s nominated address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage, and all damage and all other risks shall pass to the customer.

Title of the goods does not pass to the customer until payment is received in full by Roses & Ribbons.

If the customer cannot accept delivery, Roses & Ribbons may at its option: (1) store and insure the goods at the customer’s expense and risk or (2) sell the goods at the best price reasonably obtainable and (after deducting reasonable storage insurance and selling costs) pay to the customer any excess over the sale price or charge the customer for any shortfall or (3) rearrange delivery provided that Roses & Ribbons may charge the customer for the additional delivery costs incurred.
